• For Returns/Exchanges , please send us an email with details of the reason for your return/exchange.

• All returns must be received within 14 days of its purchase date & items must be in original new condition.

• Inks are non-refundable with no exceptions.

• Refunds are not processed until after the product has been received and fully inspected for its original state.

• Retuned items include a 10% restocking fee with no exceptions.
